Job Summary: 
• Develop programmes to take digital products and services to market. • Increase the adoption across various digital channels / products & services


1.             Manage and resolve escalations that have impact on critical path of service delivery

2.             Escalate issues that will result in significant time, scope, employee/customer or cost impacts if not resolved

3.             Manage and provide solutions to issues that require formal resolution



4.             Review performance against agreed KPIs and compliance to SLAs

5.             Create and monitor plan for continuous improvement

6.             Review performance of teams


Budget & reporting:

7.             Report on a monthly basis to management relating to progress made within the sub-division and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation

8.             Report on an ad hoc basis on specific projects as and when necessary

9.             Manage sub-divisional budgets in line with business objectives

10.          Manage project or initiative budgets in line with business objectives


Operational Delivery:


11.          Ensure that products and services are released into the market through the appropriate channels (e.g. above or below the line marketing, in collaboration with music/video content provider)

12.          Ensure Digital products/services information on advertisements, FAQs, etc.

13.          Assist with different digital verticals Go-To-Market strategies and monitor them to ensure they align to MTN Sudan / MTN group strategies.

14.          Ensure product/service launch is targeted to the customer (i.e. may vary across geographies)

15.          Ensure insights-based end-to-end value propositions and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies – (communication, pricing, product, channel, business case, launch plan, etc. )

16.          Ensure the appropriate analytics, research and regular direct customer contact to generate quality insights about Digital

17.          Oversee the monitoring and tracking of products and services' performance after launch. Liaise with different products’ owners to collate monthly reports and compiling weekly statistics on product performance

18.          Ensure Digital performance meets targets and is monitored against competition

19.          Approve and update Digital products and services information on advertisements, channels, FAQs, and on necessary POS materials for various sales channels and events

20.          Develop clear, concise go-to-market strategies that drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention for each of products and services

21.          Lead product marketing efforts and campaigns to promote the full suite of MTN’s Digital products and services

22.          Identify core audience segments while articulating key messaging and promotion strategies

23.          Evolve how team leverages data to drive marketing strategy and campaign development to deliver market and regionally focused experiences

24.          Work with the Insights as well as critical stakeholders in the business to develop new and update existing Digital value propositions, product bundles, and promotions for consumers

Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or any relevant field. Post-graduation in the related subject is preferred. • Minimum of 4-5 years of related working experience.
