Job Summary:
• Responsible for delivering the GEBU partnership strategy – in 3 different domains, capability partners, technology partner as well as being responsible for organizing the B2B events and stockholders’ management.
Description:
- Responsible for communicating information internally and externally throughout the organization. This includes the intranet, newsletter and events.
- Develop tools, channels and materials and establish the structures for internal and external communication through formal and informal mediums.
- Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes that adhere to Company’s Policies and Procedures.
- Work with MTN supporting Functions, customer fulfilment and delivery areas to ensure that international and national strategies are aligned, complementary and deliver to customers
- Ensure all internal communications are clear, well timed, engaging, of a high quality and consistent with content and style
- Work with Sales Senior Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business on such opportunities for further development
- Draft messages or scripts for senior executives for presentation to employees
- Liaise with the Corporate Communication team to ensure alignment and consistency in communication and messaging.
- Liaise with the Marketing branding team to ensure alignment and consistency in communication and messaging.
- Provide in-direct channels with input into operational and promotional planning which will ensure revenue growth within an allocated portfolio of accounts
- Recommend to in-direct channels ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further
- Achieve Solutions targets based on the company’s strategy.
- Provide reports and feedbacks on ICT Solutions Market in Sudan and align this with MTN products portfolio.
- Suggest and participate in the on-barding of new solutions and technologies leveraging the capabilities of market partners, technology vender, hyperscale’s in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high quality of service.
- Analyse and reporting the related job data and information.
- Assign & apply the necessary methods and policies to manage his/her team work.
- Report the alarms of market, based on day to day analysing reports of the corporate accounts.
- Monitor workflow, system efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Monitor & follow up on KPI’s, service & Operation Level achievement.
- Distribute reports as defined by the management.
- Audit work and information flow; recommend changes & enhancements to procedures in order to meet customer’s satisfaction.
- Build excellent relation with EBU’s internal and external stakeholders
- On-boarding of partners as per the GEBU guidelines
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for all direct reports with clear and smart KPIs.
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
- Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division
- Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Telecommunication fields.
• 5 years of relevant working experience
