Job Summary: 
• Increase customer value and increase activity level of MTN subscriber base. • Provide management with visibility on how to develop customers’ ARPU.
  1. Define, track and manage customer segmentation.
  2. Use all the available tools and systems to develop customer value.
  3. Manage and track adoption to MTN various offers.
  4. Increase active customer’s percentage out of the total base.
  5. Cross-sell and up-sell using MTN current products (data, voice, VAS, etc.)
  6. Get the maximum possible Value out of the active customers.
  7. Coordinate with other commercial teams (Pricing, Data, Retention, Digital and MFS) to manage areas impacting customer value and ensure right offering to the right Nano-segment.
  8. Utilize the Campaign Offering Tool and BI reports effectively by running multiple campaigns at the same time to stimulate revenues constantly.
  9. Assume role of project manager for the Campaign Offering and BTL initiatives.
  10. Initiate development of metrics to measure and monitor customer behaviour and adoption performance.
  11. Consolidate and monitor Monthly market research and reports impacting customer consumption.
  12. Monitor and improve performance of Campaign offering initiatives.
  13. Benchmark ARPU and customer activity performance of MTN with competitors and other operators.
  14. Perform business cases related to all initiatives defined in the roadmap.
  15. Develop ARPU forecast to support budget exercise.
  16. Manage the execution of all campaigns running under the Campaign Management System.
  17. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
  18. Be responsible for maintaining the information security of  MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies.

Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ relevant educational field • Over 5 years telecom experience and 2-3 years relevant working experience.
Required Skills: 
• Strong analytical skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong team player, able to effectively work with all levels of management
