Job Summary: 
• The mission is to ensure sales targets are met and to position the company as the leader in providing telecommunication services & ICT Solutions to the Large Enterprise MNC market; through the development of Business Solutions, meeting customers’ needs and acquiring high market share in data and ICT market.
  1. Assist on submitting the suitable and customized offers for Large Enterprise MNC & NGO entities and sales promotion through direct channels.
  2. Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes that adhere to Company’s Policies and Procedures.
  3. Work with MTN supporting Functions, customer fulfilment and delivery areas to ensure that international and national strategies are aligned, complementary and deliver to customers
  4. Provide appropriate data analytics of sales to appropriate management teams
  5. Work with Top Management to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
  6. Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
  7. Monitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business on such opportunities for further development Create and maintain rolling 3-month, 6 month and Annual sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
  8. Lead planning and development of customer sales strategies to acquire MNC & Large Enterprise accounts in line with the enterprise Strategy (~1 to 6 new accounts per Week)
  9. Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales force, vendors and others
  10. Provide KAMs with input into operational and promotional planning which will ensure revenue growth within an allocated portfolio of accounts
  11. Recommend to KAM ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further
  12. Define customers’ needs and requirements in terms of ICT Solutions.
  13. Achieve Solutions targets based on the company’s strategy.
  14. Develop ICT Solutions strategy to acquire MNC & Large Enterprise customers.
  15. Provide reports and feedbacks on ICT Solutions Market in Sudan and align this with MTN products portfolio.
  16. Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies
  17. Suggest and participate in the implementation of new solutions and technologies in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high quality of service.
  18. Analyse and reporting the related job data and information.
  19. Perform clear and accurate MNC & Large Enterprise database segmentation.
  20. Assign & apply the necessary methods and policies to manage his/her team work.
  21. Report the alarms of market, based on day to day analysing reports of the corporate accounts.
  22. Monitor workflow, system efficiency and suggest improvements.
  23. Monitor & follow up on KPI’s, service & Operation Level achievement.
  24. Recommend ICT solutions, escalates outages when necessary and forecasts and plan ahead.
  25. Distribute reports as defined by the management.
  26. Audit work and information flow; recommend changes & enhancements to procedures in order to meet customer’s satisfaction.
  27. Build excellent relation with MNC & Large Enterprise segments.
  28. Promote the latest Value Added Services.
  29. Ensure providing enduring best-selling service and experience to customers.
  30. Develop and maintain job descriptions for all direct reports with clear and smart KPIs.
  31. Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
  32. Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
  33. Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
  34. Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
  35. Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company/division
  36. Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
  37. Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Telecommunication fields or any relevant fields. • Master Degree is a Plus • 7 years of relevant working experience • Managerial Experience is a Plus
