Job Summary: 
• Ensure implementation of Mobile Money Activations for (Agents + Customers) in the assigned region • Ensure MOMO availability and visibility across the territories and achieve targets assigned, by proper management agents and float
  1. Implement the customer activation campaigns as per the Business Plan in his/her assigned region.
  2. Implement & support corporate payments in his assigned region.
  3. Assist MoMo implementation manger in defining, tracking and managing customer Activation.
  4. Manage MoMo developer’s team in assigned region to achieve the desired targets.
  5. Ensure proper float availability at agents by assigned master agent/float distributor and report to line manager for failures to fed in appropriate time
  6. Ensure continues monitoring of float stock availability /level on agents and (Distributor where applicable).
  7. Develop the market by expanding agent network from telecom/none telecom channel
  8. Prepare monthly route/visit plan and submit it to line manager for confirmation before end of previous month.
  9. Identify and attend to specific agent’s needs, complaints and drive corrective actions to resolve problems.
  10. Monitor daily, weekly & monthly sales performance and ensure assigned targets achievement (100%).
  11. Coordinate with Fintech team for efficient implementation of all assigned tasks/projects.
  12. Increase agents foot print as per assigned targets, even spread of POS across assigned areas (Regions/ City/Area)
  13. Collect the competitor information on the ground level of any activity and inform to line manager.
  14. Educate Master agent/agents about commissions, pricing and increase awareness.
  15. Prepare shops branding plans and supervise implementation / re-habitation activities on ground.
  16. Supervise and insure MoMo channel branding & merchandising implementation with coordination with Fintech team 
  17. Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies
  18. Perform Ad-Hoc duties directed by management.

Job Requirements: 
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant background. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working
Required Skills: 
• Proven communication skills including tact and diplomacy • Initiative person • Organizational skills • High Level of understanding for services and products.
