Job Summary: 
Act as an administrative liaison to the company centralized human resources. Provide specific advice and assistance as requested to internal clients regarding issues such as Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Org designs
  1. Implement and manage the organization performance management framework.
  2. Monitor implementation and ensure compliance of the defined performance management framework, calendar, activities and outcomes in line with Group guidelines.
  3. Engage with executives to cascade the business Scorecard / Functional KPIs received from Group.
  4. Coordinate with Business partners to ensure performance KPIs are cascaded within each Business Unit.
  5. Consolidate ratings, support and provide inputs to rewards teams for bonus calculations.
  6. Monitor trends and patterns of High and low performers.
  7. Provide the framework for the talent management in which MTN will identify, develop and retain talent.
  8. Liaise with Group HR to rollout talent management initiatives.
  9. Design and develop business relevant programs for succession planning in line with group guidelines.
  10. Liaise with Group HR to identify and manage the critical positions needed in the organization.
  11. Implement the Organization Blueprint (Operating Model) for Group and Opco.
  12. Adopt and localize the Group Position and Job Title convention policy.
  13. Conduct and communicate evaluation and levelling for new / changes positions in the Opco.
  14. Serve as the central custodian for organization design documentation across all business units for the Opco.
  15. Design right fit organization structure, headcount sizing, job profiling and transition plans.
  16. Review business cases for any change in Blueprint / Operating model and consult with Group HR for approval in case of exception requests.
  17. Design and execute development plans and actions.
  18. Design and manage Opco specific Learning Programs.
  19. Execute and manage the implementation of global learning initiatives as identified by the Group.
  20. Manage learning Infrastructure Innovation (Platforms, Technologies, and Delivery Channels)
  21. Identify opportunities and collaborate with Global Learning teams for inter-Opco acquisition and transfer.
  22. Provide advisory guidance and consultation support in the development and deployment of business learning solutions.
  23. Develop and provide OD executive reports and data within the frame of Organization Development.
  24. Perform Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Line Manager in terms of Organization Development.   
  25. Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies.

Job Requirements: 
Bachelor Degree in Administration or Human Resources Management 5 Years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within the organizational development role;
