Job Summary: 
• To make & ensure every distribution partner (including key accounts and shops) receive a positive day to day experience • Manage Channel Sales Support functions • Also, responsible for all Sales & Distribution Operational Processes development and Implementation within Sales and Distribution. • Manage all S&D BI interfaces & processes in partnership with IT Division, as well as manage the division’s day to day performance reporting • Manage S&D monthly reporting & presentations to MTN Leadership • lead S&D teams in key cross-functional commercial processes such as but not limited to; EVD, Customer Registration (incl. e-KYC), Engine Room and Demand Planning


Main duties include:
•    Trade Partner day-to-day management and support
•    Manage centralized Sales Support for all Channels incl. Retail Channel (Shops) & Key Accounts
•    Prepare and Manage all Channel KPIs (targets)
•    Reconciliation and resolution of channel (incl. TPs) disputes within 7 days
•    Statement of accounts to be sent once MONTHLY to all partners. 
•    Ensure Remuneration payments are processed and communicated by the 10th of every month
•    Bank guarantees management by ensuring they are renewed in time as they fall due
•    Distributor and other Channel communication as and when required
•    Liaise with Finance, IT, Legal and other departments to resolve issues affecting Trade Partners & other channel partners

Trade Partner (TP) Order Processing;
•    Managing order and delivery process within 24 hours in collaboration with Finance Order Generation Team
•    Managing of distributor accounts in collaboration with Finance Order Generation Team
•    Confirmation of bank deposits and distributor order approval in collaboration with Finance Order Generation Team

Demand Planning
•    Lead cross-functional demand planning committee in developing annual stock planning for all stocks including but not limited to vouchers, sim-cards, devices, accessories. 
•    Manage optimal company Inventory on monthly basis for all pre-paid stocks
•    Prepare monthly sim-card, Airtime and other device forecasts
•    Set up stock management templates to follow up inventory status in liaison with warehouse management
•    In liaison with regional & retail channel managers to determine causes of stock take variances with view of resolving them

Daily Sales reporting;
•    Daily gross adds & primary sales dash reporting & update to S&D team
•    Regular calls to distributors to maintain discipline on target attainment
•    Daily follow up on product launches & channel offers to ensure uptake
•    Daily trend analysis and purchases reporting
•    Work with IT to ensure timely BI reporting to S&D function

Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    In-depth understanding to BI & sales Automization processes & outputs. 
•    Ability to function under pressure
•    Pre-Paid Sales & Distribution Team support;
•    Assist GM S&D direct reports in performance management reporting tasks and actions follow up
•    Follow up with sales staff on daily target achievement for the respective distributor/partner

Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related filed • MSc. or MBA is preferable • Have knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft office applications • Excellent verbal and communication, analytical skills • Knowledge in finance (finance for non-finance managers) • Over 5 years of varied experience working in management of Sales Operations, BI systems & reporting, as well as Management reporting etc. • Knowledge of excel and computer applications • General knowledge of and or experience in FMCG Sales & Distribution will be an added advantage Special notice : MTN Sudan provides equal opportunity, fair and equitable treatment in employment to all people without regard to , race, gender, social origin, Color, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, political opinion, culture, language, marital status and family responsibility.
