Job Summary: 
This role is responsible for the management of FinTech technical operational activities and provide support on implementation of new products and system activities
Description: 
  • Support in Services implementation in line with Go-to-market strategy and collaboratively with the P&S team.
  • Provide Timely and Quality reporting on work processes and system malfunctions
  • Effectively coordinate the implementation of system upgrades and User Acceptance Testing
  • Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements for all MoMo third party service providers.
  • Coordinate periodic system testing for all functionalities and fees.
  • Manage user account setup on the Mobile Money platform
  • Perform regular monitoring of activities on the system to ensure that authorization levels and usage match job roles and functions permitted for each user
  • Administer daily activities on all projects and ensure completion within required timeframe.
  • Participate actively in business discussions and support the transition and implementation of new business and offerings into products and services
  • Coordinate with support teams across all related divisions and functions to ensure that all the functional interests have been captured for all products.
  • Ensure successful launch of new features, Testing, Set-up, Configuration
  • Ensure effective Implementation of system upgrades & Work Flow Reporting
  • Provide periodic performance and status reports
  • Carries out any related duties that will enhance the mission of the job
  • Perform other tasks in line with the job profile that may be assigned as per business requirement
  •  Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies.

Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering or relevant educational field • MBA / Masters advantage • Minimum 3 years of of experience in Mobile financial services • Proven track record of operation efficiency
